How do I virtually manage employees who are thousands of miles away?

The guest speaker, Mr. Fabian Ewald, is an expert in cybersecurity, corporate management, and company restructuring.

Fabian Ewald is the President of the Middle-Class Industry in Bavaria (MIB) and a member of the board of the East-West-Economy Forum (OWWF). He is also the General Manager of EMUworks LLC in Bogdanci, North Macedonia, and secBase GmbH Cybersecurity in Assling, Germany. 

His area of expertise is in cybersecurity, corporate management, and company restructuring. He has worked in various countries including China, Russia, Switzerland, and his native Bavaria. His goal is to support Albania and North Macedonia in their efforts to join the European Union.
