Applications for transfer between departments of the Western Balkans university will be carried out based on the criteria
established by the University Senate. Transfer applications from other higher education institutions, for the same study
program, will have the criterion of an average grade of not less than grade 7 (coefficient 2.00).
For the Student to be able
to transfer his studies to Western Balkans University, he must have earned no less than 30 credits in the relevant study
program. Otherwise, he/she can start the studies from the beginning, following the entry procedures defined in chapter VI of
the Statute regulation.
The faculty can recognize the student's earned credits or a part of them in accordance with the procedure of recognition and equivalence of courses. English language proficiency level of at least B1 according to CEFR obtained from APTIS, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, Cambridge ESOL, Michigan Test, and PTE General. Procedures for the transfer of studies start at least three months before the start of the academic year and end before the start of the academic year and end one week before the start of the academic year.
