The Integrated Second Cycle Study Program, Master of Science in "Pharmacy," is designed to offer students comprehensive intellectual, professional, and holistic training, presenting a variety of concepts and perspectives in the field of pharmacy.

The program is designed to instruct and train students in line with new concepts of pharmaceutical treatment and health. It also aims to provide a thorough knowledge base in both theoretical and practical aspects of the pharmacy specialty, with the main objective being to form specialists in these areas capable of working as pharmacists and conducting advanced studies in this field. As such, the Integrated Second Cycle Study Program, Master of Science in "Pharmacy," aims to:
  1. Educate high-level pharmacy specialists and prepare new scientists in line with the country's development priorities, contributing to the qualitative enhancement of standards;
  2. Create, develop, disseminate, and protect knowledge through teaching and scientific research in the pharmaceutical field with all its disciplines;
  3. Teach pharmacy students to be pharmacists and offer such learning experiences that inspire all graduates of this program to be prepared to practice pharmacy at the highest standards, serving individuals and society;
  4. Contribute to economic, social, and pharmaceutical service development at the national level by actively participating in all national projects that lead to the growth and improvement of pharmaceutical services in the country;
  5. Integrate teaching and scientific research by supporting contemporary values and trends in this dynamic field such as pharmaceuticals;
  6. Encourage collaboration in education by improving curricula and teaching programs in cooperation with other universities that have pharmacy units, ensuring that pharmacists entering the labor market are an added value to the entire medical service;
  7. Ensure both theoretical and practical knowledge to graduate students with a solid scientific foundation necessary to practice the profession of pharmacist and to work in healthcare as experts in medications and healthcare products (cosmetics, dietary supplements, food, herbal products, sanitary items, etc.);
  8. Practical training will enable students to work in various public and private pharmacies and prepare them for their post-graduation careers;
  9. By ensuring the rational use of human and material resources available, the Department of Pharmacy promotes the development of multidisciplinary scientific and educational programs, international competitiveness, and teaching, scientific, and professional activity. It enhances the level of innovation in society, accelerates knowledge transfer, and encourages the connection between education, scientific research activity, and entrepreneurship.
Creating the optimal conditions for achieving these theoretical and practical objectives is our main goal.

The comprehensive and highly detailed curriculum provides a strong foundation of knowledge for newly graduated students, giving them a "powerful tool" to use at all levels of pharmaceutical assistance, where needed, such as in:
  • Pharmacies
  • Hospitals and health centers
  • Pharmaceutical industries
  • Regulatory authorities and agencies of pharmaceuticals
  • Alternative healthcare
  • Scientific research and teaching
