The Board of Administration is the highest collegial administrative body of Western Balkans University. It guarantees the fulfillment
of the institution’s mission and ensures its financial and administrative sustainability. Composed of five members appointed by the
Founding Company for a five-year term (renewable), the Board is independent from the university's governing authorities, although
collaboration is maintained through participation in periodic meetings.
The Board is responsible for overseeing financial management,
approving strategic plans, institutional budgets, and staff structures, as well as setting tuition fees and scholarship policies.
It also approves cooperation agreements involving financial aspects and ensures compliance with the institution’s regulations and
legal obligations. The Chairperson leads the Board, ensuring effective decision-making and adherence to principles of transparency,
integrity, and impartiality.
