Bachelor Program Admissions | Western Balkans University

All candidates who wish to study in one of the Bachelor programs at Western Balkans University must register in the U-Albania system and select 10 (ten) preferences, with at least one of them being from our Bachelor programs. Candidates who pre-book their spot in the desired program by communicating with the Admissions Office have higher priority since the quotas for each program are limited. In addition to reserving the spot, you can also reserve your scholarship at the Admissions Office.

Admission Criteria

GPA

The minimum average according to the definition in VKM No. 436, dated 03.06.2020, as updated, with an evaluation rate of 70%.

Interview

The interview by the Admissions Evaluation Commission, with an evaluation rate of 30%.

Study Language

Fulfillment of the language proficiency requirement for study programs in a foreign language, according to the annex.

*The ranking of applicants will be based on the points accumulated according to the formula:
Evaluation = General Average 70% + Interview 30% = 100%

Enrollment Procedure

Candidates apply on their own or through an authorized person at the Educational Services Center to benefit from the equivalent of the high school diploma as well as the list of grades.

The ad-hoc commission of the Educational Services Center announces the results of the application for the equivalent of the high school diploma and the list of grades.

The candidate applies to the Admissions Office at the Western Balkans university with the above documents.

The university announces the list of applicant winners for each study program.

Candidates conduct the final registration in the study program where they are declared winners by handing over registration documents themselves or through an authorized person.

Notarized photocopies of the High School Diploma
