Program Description

The Bachelor’s Program in Nursing is one of three study programs offered by the Department of Nursing and Physiotherapy in the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences at WBU. The program is available in two languages: Albanian or English.

The Bachelor’s Study Program in Nursing aims to equip students with professional knowledge in this field through a three-year course of study, enabling graduates to pursue Master’s level education. The program provides students with thorough theoretical and professional training, offering broad conceptual knowledge and a strong foundation in technical medical sciences, with a special focus on nursing.

Objectives

The main objective of this study program is to prepare general nurses who are capable of working across all profiles of medical sciences. Graduates will gain develop both conceptual and practical competencies to provide effective patient care. Through these processes, they also cultivate a strong sense of respect and compassion for those in need.

Students acquire theoretical knowledge through lectures that apply contemporary teaching methodologies. Their clinical skills are developed in hospital centers and specialized medical clinics within the field of medical sciences.
