MSc. Dorina Ahmetaj is an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences at the Western Balkans University.
She completed her undergraduate studies in General Nursing at the University of Medicine, Tirana. After completing her professional internship and the examination phases, she was officially registered as a licensed nurse by the Albanian Order of Nurses. Continuing her academic development, Dorina pursued and completed a Master of Science program in Nursing in Surgery at the Western Balkans University in Tirana.
Since the 2022–2023 academic year, she has been part of the academic staff at the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences, Western Balkans University. In this role, she has been actively involved in teaching, mainly in the Anatomy and Physiology laboratories, but not only. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dorina has made valuable contributions to various academic and administrative processes within the Department of Nursing and Physiotherapy.
Dorina has participated in various professional workshops and trainings, focused on nursing, healthcare, and education, continuously enriching her theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
