Iges Banda is a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Tirana and an Assistant Lecturer at Western Balkan University (WBU). With several years of experience in academia, she has taught a variety of economics courses, imparting knowledge and fostering critical thinking among students. Their academic journey is marked by a commitment to research and education, reflected in their ongoing doctoral studies and teaching responsibilities.

In addition to their academic pursuits, she brings valuable industry experience to their role, having worked in various economic sectors.
