Lediona Lame serves the dual roles of Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Technology, and Innovation, as well as developer, part of the administrative staff of Western Balkans University. Lediona holds a second-level diploma in Master of Science in Business Informatics.
With over 7 years of versatile experience, she has adeptly navigated through various roles within IT sector companies in Albania, evolving from Developer to Project Manager. Beyond her professional commitments, Lediona actively immerses herself in diverse startup initiatives, serving as both a participant and a mentor. Five years ago, she embarked on an ambitious entrepreneurial endeavor, founding her own startup, where her exceptional business management skills and innovative thinking shone brightly. Notably, Lediona also is the head of “Out of the Box” student club, dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among students.
Transitioning seamlessly into her current academic and administrative roles at WBU two years ago, Lediona continues her relentless pursuit of new challenges. Her unwavering dedication to personal and professional growth fuels her exploration of novel avenues and her contributions to the advancement of computer science and artificial intelligence fields.
