Mirsije Kullau has completed Bachelor and Master studies (2013-2018) at the University of Medicine in Tirana in the field of Physiotherapy. In 2018, after completing her master's studies with high results, she started working as an Ass. Lecturer at the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences, University of Medicine Tirana, where she continues to be employed as a part-time academic staff member.
During these years, Mirsije has participated in various Physiotherapy Professional Trainings including Manual Treatment Techniques (International Mulligan Concept, Course 1&2), international trainings in Physiotherapy in Pediatrics. (DNS Prague School of Rehabilitation), PNF Course 1&2, International PNF Association, etc. In addition, she has been engaged in entrepreneurship and startup activities and training (Growprenuer_Flexible Startup Growth Support Program / EU for Innovation).
In 2021, founded and manages MEDICINUS physiotherapy clinic in Tirana. In 2022, she joined the Western Balkans University in the role of full-time Asst. Lecturer.
