My name is Olsa Ramadani and I hold a master of science degree from the university of medicine in Tirana in medical laboratory technician. For almost four years now I’ve put my knowledge to practice by working as a medical laboratory technician. This background has given me the opportunity to develop my skills in the health and life sciences sector.
Aditionally, I have been part of organisations (United Youth Association Albania, Albanian Committee of Medical Students, Youth Regional Network) and different national and international activities which tackled medical topics, youth, SDGs and more. I have demonstrated success in ensuring many activities workflow as I have taken different roles from managing projects and chairing conferences such as: Albania Model United Nations.
Building on my experience in the healthcare field, I am very motivated to take my passion for health sciences in a broader context and get into this new role as an assistant lecturer at Western Balkans university. I am excited to emerse myself in a new environment where not only I will be able to showcase my skills but also improve and master new ones.
