Mr. Oltjan Hamza is the Administrator of the Faculty of Economics, Technology, and Innovation at Western Balkans University. Mr. Hamza completed his undergraduate studies, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in Istanbul, Turkey, and then successfully completed his graduate studies, a Master's degree in Business Administration, in Tirana, Albania. Oltjan has also completed a course on Investment and Evaluation of Non-performing Assets, for which he is licensed by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy as a "Non-performing Assets Appraiser". Mr. Hamza has 10 years of work experience in both the private and public sectors. 

His work experience includes roles as a specialist, financial and human resources manager, management consultant, in the fields of finance, human resources, management, and administration of non-performing assets, preparation and evaluation of feasibility studies, as well as report drafting and evaluation of non-performing assets and businesses.
