Prof. Asoc. Dr. Nereida Polovina është Profesoreshë e Asociuar në Manchester Metropolitan University Business School. Ajo gjithashtu mban një pozicion Akademik Nderi si këshilltare akademike në Universitetin Western Balkans. Me mbi 10 vjet përvojë ndërkombëtare në mësimdhënie dhe kërkimin shkencor, ajo ka ndërtuar një karrierë të dalluar në akademi. Ajo është një Profesore e Certifikuar në Menaxhimin e Biznesit dhe gjithashtu mban Çertifikatë Pasuniversitare në Mësimdhënie në Arsimin e Lartë në Manchester Metropolitan University.

Prof. Asoc. Dr. Polovina është e specializuar në mësimdhënien dhe udhëheqjen e moduleve të financës, kontabilitetit dhe menaxhimit të biznesit ndërkombëtar në nivelet e bachelorit dhe masterit.

Përveç rolit të saj në mësimdhënie, ajo është studiuese aktive nё kerkimin akademik të cilat jane botuar në revista akademike ndërkombëtare të vlerësuara, me fokus në Qeverisjen Korporative, Investimet e Jashtme dhe Mjedisin Regullator Institucional. Puna e saj shqyrton se si këta faktorë kontribuojnë në performancën e qëndrueshme të korporatave dhe rritjen ekonomike të qëndrueshme në Tregjet në Zhvillim dhe Ekonomitë në Trazicion në rajonin e Ballkanit Perëndimor.
