The Career Planning Office at Western Balkans University takes pride in organizing a range of career training for Bachelor and Master program students to bolster their professional development.
During the training session, Dr. Irma Gjana provided the students with detailed guidance on how to prepare a quality CV and Letter of Motivation. The students were actively involved in the session and learned about the key elements that make a difference in the preparation of these important documents.
The training session continued with "The Art of the Job Interview" led by Mrs. Denisa Rrushi, the Director of the Human Resources Department at American Hospitals. Ms. Rushi, through concrete cases experienced during her years of experience, showed the students that it is very important for them to invest in the job interview as a golden opportunity and an effective key in opening the doors of the institutions where they will apply. These trainings help students to prepare qualitatively for their professional future.
