Msc. Kristiana Gjini is an assistant lecturer and also holds the position of the Head of Student Clubs Office and Psycho-social and Health services Office at Western Balkan University.
She completed Bachelor degree in “Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy Technician” in University of Medicine, Tirana, in 2022. During her attendance in Master degree in “Advanced radiology and Radiotherapy Technician” in European University, Tirana, she started her internship in American Hospital 3 for one year. After Master graduation in 2024, she worked as Head of Radiology department in “Lifeplus Healthcare Center”.
She has attended several First Aid trainings and Workshops in different fields of Medicine, most concentrated in Management of traumas, Physiotherapy and Radiological diagnoses.
Since 2021 she is part of known medical organization “Albanian Health Fund”, having a main role in organizing Medical Conference “How to save lives?” every year, with great capacity of medical students and well-known medical doctors and nurses participation from USA.
In the academic year 2024-2025, she is part of academic staff as assistant lecturer in faculty of Medical Technical Science, responsible for several professional subjects that aims to improve the future medical staff.
Also, serves as the Head of the Coordination of Student Clubs Office and the Psycho-social and Health Service Office within the Offices of the Dean of Students. In this capacity, she oversee the strategic planning, operational management, and interdisciplinary collaboration necessary to enhance student engagement, well-being, and extracurricular development.
