Open Lecture: Elites and the Post-Communist Transformation of Albania

Western Balkans University organizes an open lecture titled “Elites and the Post-Communist Transformation of Albania: Challenges, Failures, Lessons”, focusing on an in-depth analysis of Albania’s political, economic, and social developments during the transition period.

The lecture will feature Mr. Genc Ruli, a prominent figure in Albania’s public and economic life, and will be moderated by Mr. Neritan Sejamini.
