Third-year Biotechnology students at Western Balkans University are organizing an academic debate on the topic:
“Climate change legislation should be passed even without public approval, if necessary.”
The debate will be framed through the perspectives of two major figures in the philosophy of science: Thomas Kuhn and Karl Popper, as participants examine the tensions between scientific progress, democratic legitimacy, and the urgent need for climate action.
