LEADALKO Erasmus+ project consortium held its final in-person meeting at Western Balkans University, marking the conclusion of a collaborative journey that began nearly two years ago.
The meeting focused on reviewing the project’s final outcomes, including the Leadership Development Program Handbook, the draft final report across all Work Packages, financial and administrative documentation, and the external Quality Assurance report.
Partners also discussed the final steps required to formally close the project and ensure that its results, knowledge, and collaborative experience continue to create value beyond its completion.
A meaningful milestone for a project built on cooperation, capacity building, and shared progress.
