Idaver Sherifi (PhD) is an experienced academic and professional with a robust background in management, digital business, and media. He is Vice-Rector of Western Balkans University and senior lecturer at the Department of Economic Sciences and Finance, as well as an entrepreneur in the field of media, technology and marketing.

Dr. Sherifi has completed his Master's degree in Business Management and has defended his Doctorate in Economic Sciences with a profile in Management, focused on Management Information Systems.

His academic career includes over a decade of lecturing at Epoka University, where he focused on business management, management information systems, innovation, and entrepreneurship. His research and academic publications encompass new business models, management information systems, entrepreurship and digital transformation.

In addition to his academic pursuits and long experience as a lecturer, Dr. Sherifi has held significant roles in the media industry, notably serving as the CEO of ABC News Albania and as founder of AlbEu.com, a prominent digital platform founded in 2003. He is also one of the creators of the innovative programmatic marketing platform Lupon Media and founder of the technology company Campaign LTD.
