The Department of Dentistry at Western Balkan University offers a challenging, student-centered academic environment, with specialized training in all levels of dentistry including: general, pediatric, endodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and orthodontics.
The goal of this Department is to educate the next generation of dentists to be professors and researchers, leaders in clinical excellence, and provide their patients with safe, high-quality and effective dental care.
The Department of Dentistry is designed to graduate dental practitioners with special competency in pediatric dentistry and value the interdisciplinary nature of work, providing more opportunities for mentoring and teaching.
As well the Department of Dentistry provides dental services as part of the student health service and preventive services such as hygiene checkups, overall oral health evaluation by a dentist, sealants and fluoride varnish applications.
