
Western Balkans University had the pleasure of welcoming partners and representatives from 🇦🇱 Albania, 🇽🇰 Kosovo, 🇲🇰 North Macedonia, and 🇸🇮 Slovenia for the closing event of the Erasmus+ QA-SURE Project – “Improving University Quality Assurance Resilient Strategies Toward Excellence.”
The event began with welcome and opening remarks by Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Gjana, Rector of Western Balkans University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Albana Halili, Vice Rector of WBU, highlighted the importance of collaboration, innovation, and commitment in strengthening quality assurance systems in higher education across the region.
This project is aimed at enhancing the quality assurance practices within the academic sector by bringing together multiple universities from different countries to collaborate and share their knowledge and expertise on the subject. The project is made possible through co-funding by the European Union 🇪🇺, which demonstrates its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote educational excellence and international cooperation.
