Western Balkans University organized the FETI 2026 Student Conference, bringing together talented and ambitious students from Albania and various countries around the world.
The conference was officially opened by Klaudia Mersini, Administrator of the Faculty of Economy, Technology, and Innovation (FETI), who emphasized the importance of the event as a key platform for students’ academic advancement and professional development. Participants were also welcomed by Dr. Idaver Sherifi, Vice-Rector of Western Balkans University, who highlighted the strong spirit of scientific research and international collaboration reflected throughout the conference.
Organized in a hybrid format, the event featured student presentations from prestigious national and international universities, representing countries such as Kosovo, North Macedonia, Romania, Nigeria, India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.
Across three intensive sessions, students explored highly relevant and contemporary topics, including:
· Artificial Intelligence and Digital Governance
· Innovation in Engineering and Healthcare
· Green Economy and Data-Driven Marketing
