About the Project
This Erasmus+ project (Capacity Building in Higher Education) aims to modernise business education in the Western Balkans through the ethical, innovative and practice-oriented integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The project supports the development of new curricula, including the Master of Science in Business and Artificial Intelligence programme, strengthens the digital and entrepreneurial competences of students and academic staff, and establishes AI Business Hubs at partner institutions—learning environments equipped for AI-supported teaching, collaboration and practical projects. The project is co-funded by the European Union and strengthens regional cooperation among universities and their alignment with labour market needs.

The maximum procurement budget is €10,000, excluding VAT.
General Eligibility Criteria for Bidders
The bidding company must:
- Be registered with the National Business Center (QKB), with business activities covering the subject matter of this procurement.
- Not be undergoing bankruptcy proceedings and have an active registration status.
Specific Requirements for Bidders
The bidding company must submit:
- A financial offer in euros, excluding VAT, specifying the unit price and total price for each item.
- A technical offer specifying the brand and model of each item of equipment offered, accompanied by the manufacturer’s technical datasheets.
- A declaration specifying the warranty period and delivery timeframe.
- Proof of authorised reseller/partner status for the equipment and licences offered.
- A copy of the Tax Identification Number (NIPT) certificate and an extract from the National Business Center (QKB).
