Western Balkans University announces a Call for Applications for Erasmus+ KA171 Administrative Staff Mobility (Training) at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, within project 2024-1-BG01-KA171-HED-000224584.

The mobility will take place during the Spring Semester 2025–2026 as part of the International Week at TU Sofia.

Duration: 5 days (24–30 May 2026)
Grant: 148 EUR per day
Travel support: 211 EUR (+ 74 EUR additional support for bus travel)
Accommodation: University dormitory

This mobility opportunity provides administrative staff with the chance to gain international experience, strengthen institutional cooperation, and exchange best practices in higher education management.

Scope

This call is open to administrative staff of Western Balkans University.

The mobility will be implemented as a 5-day training visit at the Technical University of Sofia during the Spring Semester of the academic year 2025–2026.

Selection will be carried out according to the Erasmus+ mobility regulations and based on academic/professional performance criteria.

Proof of English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)

Selection procedure:
The Erasmus Office at WBU will appoint a selection committee to rank candidates based on a scoring system and eligibility criteria. Selected candidates will be notified by email.
