Dear Student, referring to applications for the opening of the call for mobility within the framework of the Erasmus program, Call for incoming students, Summer term, from 1 March – 31 July 2026, University Chieti-Pescara, for 5 months (1 semester).

Scholarship amount:
·  €850 per month
·  + €250 per month (in case of special needs)
·  + round-trip flight ticket

The student must be applied before: 29.10.2025
 
Selection criteria:
Students will be selected based on the scheme approved in the regulation "On the Implementation of Inter-institutional Agreements in the Framework of the "Erasmus+" Program Mobility", according to the following criteria:
Academic Performance.
 
Documents required for application:
1.Application form. (Attached into the email),
2. Transcript of grades, minimum of the average at the end of the first year must be 7(seven), 60 ECTS. For the student from the second year of the bachelor’s degree up to the Master degree the average of the last semester must be at least 7(seven).
3. Copy of identification document/passport, or Identity card.
4. Letter of motivation in English,
5. Certificate proving knowledge of a foreign language (Students studying programs in English are excluded from delivering this document). Knowledge of the English or Italian language at least at the B1 level. 
6. residence permit in Albania for this mobility period
7. Bachelor programs, Integrated second cycle programs, Master programs can not apply at the final semester.
 
 
Selection procedure:
The Erasmus Office at WBU forms a committee to rank candidates using a scoring system and specific criteria from the call. The winning students are notified by email from the Erasmus Units, WBU.
Once ranked, the Erasmus Office sends the list of nominated students to the host university, which makes the final selection.
The host university will contact the selected students to start the next steps.

·   General Course Catalogue (in Italian) – even if courses are taught in Italian, professors can provide materials, tutoring, and exams in English.
An Italian language course will be offered before and during the mobility period.
 
ATTENTION! The student, who will carry out mobility at the host university during one semester, must choose courses equivalent/similar to those he would develop at WBU in the same semester. Credits not selected by students applying for mobility, due to differences between the study programs of WBU and those of the host university, remain part of the academic obligations of the study program followed by the applicant student which he/she must fulfill according to the relevant WBU regulations.
