Position Description
Western Balkans University invites applications for the position of Vice Dean for Research and Innovation within the Faculty of Economics, Technology and Innovation.
The Vice Dean is a senior academic authority within the Faculty, supporting the Dean in the strategic development, coordination, and implementation of research, innovation, and advanced academic activities, in accordance with the University Statute and institutional regulatory framework. The Vice Dean exercises delegated academic and administrative authority from the Dean in the areas of research and innovation.
In this capacity, the role combines strategic, academic, and managerial responsibilities, with a particular focus on strengthening research performance, fostering innovation, and enhancing the Faculty’s national and international academic profile.
The Vice Dean is expected to contribute to the institutional development of the Faculty, ensuring that research and innovation activities are aligned with academic priorities, quality assurance standards, and broader University objectives.
