The Bachelor of Health Care Management program focuses on the principles needed to effectively organize, manage, and evaluate health services in both the public and private sectors. This program, the first of its kind in Albania, provides academic preparation on current health issues and the expertise and professionalism needed for managers in a dynamic and complex environment in the health sector.

The curriculum puts students' experience at the center of attention and prepares them for professional excellence in health service management. The program is designed to help students fully understand and research areas that need improvement in the health sector in Albania. Through research and other academic projects, students are given the opportunity to network with local and international companies within the health sector. So the program provides a link between the academic world and the job market.

Students of this program are exposed to lectures and discussions led by international and local academic lecturers and experienced professionals in the field. The rapidly changing health sector requires professionals and managers in this field to be ready to make critical decisions in very unenviable situations. The Health Care Management program examines the consequences of demographic change, developments in medical technology, and the pressure to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the health sector in a national and regional context. Thus, upon completion of the program, graduates are already equipped with the skills to address the challenges in the field of health care.

Graduates of this program can work as:

● Managers of health care clinics

● Managers of family medicine centers

● Public policy advisers in central and municipal health institutions

● Consultants for systematic research and change
