Position Description
Western Balkans University is seeking to hire a full-time Professor / Associate Professor in Pharmacology to support the integrated Master's study program in Medicine and related health science programs within the Department of Medicine. The candidate is expected to deliver high-quality academic teaching, covering core topics in pharmacology and their application in clinical and healthcare settings.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid academic background and teaching experience in key areas of Pharmacology, including pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, clinical pharmacology, and rational drug use. A deep understanding of the pharmacologist’s role in interdisciplinary healthcare teams and a commitment to student engagement, professional ethics, and evidence-based teaching approaches are essential.
