Job Description

Western Balkans University is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Dentist to contribute to the academic and practical development of dentistry students. This position aims to support students during their clinical practice and help them develop both their practical and theoretical skills in a safe and professional environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in guiding students through dental procedures and will contribute to improving the quality and safety of services provided at the university's dental clinic.

Job Requirements

Requirements and Responsibilities

Perform various dental procedures, including therapy, prosthetics, and surgery, with a strong emphasis on patient care quality and safety.
Utilize necessary dental equipment and materials for each procedure, ensuring their safe and efficient use.
Manage hygiene and safety within the clinic environment, maintaining high cleanliness standards for both patients and the medical team.
Provide counseling and education to patients regarding oral hygiene and care, as well as informing them about upcoming procedures and potential risks.
Engage in teaching processes and offer practical support to dentistry students during their clinical training.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring that all medical information is up to date.
Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of dentistry.

Education and Qualifications

Degree in Dentistry (PhD applicable).
Valid license to practice as a dentist.
Proficiency in English (C1 level).
Relevant certifications and additional qualifications are preferred.
