Job Description

Western Balkans University has announced two vacancies in the "specialist" category for administration roles. The criteria for these positions are defined in the attached appendix. 

The specialist employees of the administration will be responsible for performing administrative tasks that aim to maintain the institutional processes of higher education. They will be expected to fully engage in their professional role and carry out all tasks according to the provisions in the Statute, the Basic Regulation, and other regulatory acts of the Western Balkans University.

Job Requirements

1. The candidate must have completed at least a second-cycle of studies, i.e., a Master's degree.
2. The candidate must have proven or possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
3. The candidate must have very good English language skills.
4. The candidate must possess very good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
5. Previous professional experience is preferred.
